Flexible Fitness was created with one thing in mind – to provide the highest quality fitness product around.  From Personal Training, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Fitness Instruction and Personalised Gym Membership, our aim has been to deliver what you want – RESULTS!!

We recognize that “fitness” not only comes from physical fitness, but from identifying your Flexible Fitnessgoals, a wholesome diet, physical and mental relaxation, and an all-round balanced social lifestyle. 

It can also refer to functionality, and obviously a clean medical bill of health.  We approach your fitness with results in mind – whatever your goals may be. 

Working from our specialist Fitness and Injury Rehab Centre at Brackenholme Fitness Centre, we also offer Gym Membership with a difference – incorporating Personal Training for all our members FREE of charge, along with regular fitness program reviews. 

2007 saw the start of an exciting partnership with David Lloyd Health Clubs, with the opening of The Hull Sports Injury Clinic  at their state-of-the-art leisure facility in Hull. 

All our staff come highly qualified and experienced, holding professional qualifications in their chosen field.  All our Fitness Staff are recognised by The Register of Exercise Professionals (Reps) and Flexible Fitness is a member of the Fitness Industry Association (FIA),  the fitness industry’s governing body.

Just like our name, we recognize that fitness should be flexible, but more importantly, we never forget that it should always be fun.
