Lauren West, a 21-year-old from Louth, Lincolnshire, has been chosen in the final 16 horse & rider combinations looking to secure a place in this year’s CIC** European Championship Dressage Squad.

Lauren has been working with Trainer and Sports Therapist Rahim “Sid” Siddiquee over the past 18 months to ensure she maintains her fitness to the highest possible standards as well as staying injury free.
